Capral needed flexible storage for diverse extrusions with minimal disruption during their move

​Capral required a storage solution that could accommodate the varied dimensions and weights of their aluminium extrusions. Additionally, the solution needed to maintain flexibility for warehouse operations and minimise downtime during the transition from their previous site.​

Heavy Lifting handled by Cantilever

To efficiently store long and heavy aluminium extrusions, we implemented our robust Cantilever Racking system. This solution offers high-density vertical storage with unobstructed access, facilitating easy handling and retrieval of materials. The modular design allows for flexibility in accommodating various extrusion lengths and weights, ensuring optimal space utilisation.​

A-Frame for Improved Picking Efficiency

For shorter extrusions and irregularly shaped aluminium profiles, we installed our A-Frame Racking system. This system enables upright storage and easy manual picking, supporting efficient order fulfilment in Capral’s high-volume environment. The A-Frame design enhances organisation and accessibility, reducing handling time and improving workflow.​

Pallet Racking Relocated

In line with Capral’s sustainability goals and to maximise resource utilisation, we relocated existing racking, carefully dismantling and reinstalling the Pallet Racking from their previous site. Our team assessed and modified these components as necessary, integrating them seamlessly into the new facility layout. This approach provided additional storage capacity without incurring the costs associated with new equipment.​
